VERSATILE, talented and entertaining is probably one of the best ways to describe the vocal capabilities of the DTY trio.

The group make good use of its ability to sing in full three-part harmony, reflecting the styles of bands like THE EAGLES and THE BACKSTREET BOYS The guys are performing at several gigs across the Hunter, including Phoenix this Friday and next Friday.

DTY has finished recording its debut album, which is due to be released this month.

The first song to be released from the album The Sweetest Touch was picked by rock guru MOLLY MELDRUM for his MP3 hit site for the month of February.

DTY recorded the CD album of original songs with the help of producers BRANKO PEZO and DARYL BEATON (musical director for HUMAN NATURE )

D is for Damien Cotton who is both a vocalist and proficient multi-instrumentalist, able to spread his talents over a large range of musical styles.

T is for Ty Hamilton who has the ability to shape his voice to different musical styles.

Y is for Yianni Moratidis who has a soulful R&B voice lending itself to many different styles.

He has shown he can absorb and display different musical influences.
