TWO imaginations and a microphone is all THE UMBILICAL BROTHERS need to have an audience in fits of laughter.

Playing at Maitland City Bowling Club on Thursday night and the Newcastle Civic Theatre on Saturday night, the Umbilical Brothers have taken the world by storm.

DAVID COLLINS and SHANE DUNDAS met in Sydney at drama school and have sinced performed around the world on JAY LENO, DAVID LETTERMAN, WOODSTOCK 99 and the AMERICAN COMEDY AWARDS. The duo's act features Dundas on a microphone producing a range of sound effects and comic voices which Collins responds to with mime.

The Umbilical Brothers have been in the United States since January last year, performing sell-out shows off Broadway and in Los Angeles.

In the United Kingdom the duo filmed UMBILICAL TV for the BBC and worked with Academy Award-winning AARDMAN ANIMATIONS (WALLACE & GROMMIT). The pair also created the voices and sound effects for NICKLEODEON'S cartoon series MAISY. TE
