Hear it first at the Cambridge

THIS Saturday night at The Cambridge Hotel, Newcastle audiences will get to hear a sneak preview of songs from the new WHITLAMS album as part of an east coast pre-launch tour.

The new album, TALKING SHOP, will feature the kind of piano ballads for which ARIA award-winning singer TIM FREEDMAN has become known.

But the album will also feature more guitar-oriented tracks, including CHUNKY CHUNKY AIR GUITAR, aimed at TRIPLE J listeners.

That single and a tune to be aimed at commercial radio, will be released simultaneously on November 1.
