Vicky is Going Solo The Legend is Daughter's Destiny

SINGER VICKY O'KEEFE, daughter of the late Australian rock'n'roll icon JOHNNY O'KEEFE, has released a solo CD DESTINY. Tomorrow at Cessnock Ex-Services Club and on Friday at the Newcastle Workers Club, O'Keefe will perform songs from the CD.

The first track, CELEBRATE THE GREATNESS, is dedicated to Australian athletes training for and competing in the Sydney 2000 Olympics.

Another track, KEEP THE CANDLE BURNING, is dedicated to her father.

O'Keefe's live show includes classic Johnny O'Keefe hits such as SHOUT, HE'S MY BABY, I'M COUNTING ON YOU and HE WEARS MY RING. TE has a copy of DESTINY to give away.
