AN all-night dance party ELECTRIFY will be held at The Star Hotel this Friday night following THE BEASTIE BOYS at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre.
Newcastle DJs PATSAN, NEOTOKE and PHAT ALI will join DJs SHARYN BRAND, SAM CARROLL and Melbourne DJ DEFIANCE from 10pm until 8am.
Entry to the 'progressive house and hip hop' night will be $5.
Twenty mix tapes will be given out on the night, featuring music from PATSAN DANCE MUSIC. Also on Friday night will be 'hard acid, hard core and drum 'n' bass' at the Hunter On Hunter Hotel.
The night will feature DJs MARK N, MODULAR and SUBSONIC with live acts MEMETIC and NETAS. playing pre-programmed 'hard core and break beat' sounds straight out of their AMIGA computers.
The gig begins at 10pm, with $2 entry and $2 schooners until midnight.
