Spring Joys Shared

Who: Beaverloop, Muzzy Pep, Chosen Few, Tractor
Where: SJ's on Beaumont
When: Wednesday December 16, 1998

PERTH thrash-hiphop-pop-punk-boogie monsters BEAVERLOOP are a sentimental yet energetic bunch, as shown by the opening lines to their latest song SPRING IS HERE AGAIN. 'Spring is here again, I'm feeling love, I want to punch you . . . '

Playing tonight at SJ's Hotel with MUZZY PEP, CHOSEN FEW and TRACTOR, Beaverloop has released a FINGLE (five-track single) as a prelude to its January album release, RESISTANCE IS USEFUL. The group has released CDs before, with NOTHING coming in at number 88 on the TRIPLE J HOTTEST 100. The video for the song won best RECOVERY. The band has performed twice on RECOVERY and also produced a video for BAD ACID JAZZ. First band TRACTOR hits the stage at 8.30pm.

TE has five copies of FINGLE to give away. To go in the draw send an envelope with your name and address on the back to BEAVERLOOP GIVEAWAY, PO Box 200, Newcastle, 2300.
